Terms of use
Rules governing the service, member accounts and track submissions.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Access to the service
The catalogue can be browsed freely. Every track can be previewed without an account, for the length the licence allows: 30 seconds for a work shorter than 2 min 30, 90 seconds above that. The preview is continuous, its boundaries are set by the publisher and cannot be chosen by the listener. Full playback and downloads are reserved for subscribers.
Creating an account requires a valid email address. The account holder is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for actions carried out from their account.
Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited in particular: sharing an account between several people, using automated means to harvest the catalogue, circumventing quotas or format restrictions, and any attempt to access non-public parts of the service.
Breaching these rules may lead to immediate suspension of the account, without refund.
Member track submissions
A member may upload their own productions from their account area. By uploading a file, they warrant that they hold all necessary rights and grant the publisher a non-exclusive right to store it, analyse it and make it available to other members within the service.
Every submission is reviewed before publication. The publisher may refuse or withdraw a submission without having to give reasons, in particular where rights are unclear, quality is insufficient or the track is a duplicate.
The uploader may request removal of their track at any time; removal is carried out within a reasonable period.
Referral programme
Referral points are earned on each referred member's first subscription, once per person, and on the referrer's own paid billing periods. They have no monetary value and may not be transferred or converted into cash.
The publisher may cancel points obtained by improper means, in particular through fictitious accounts.
Liability
The service is provided as is. The publisher cannot be held liable for members' use of the files, nor for the consequences of a temporary unavailability.
Accounts held by minors
The service is intended for adults. A minor may only create an account with the prior consent of the holder of parental authority, who stands surety for compliance with these terms and for any payment made from that account.
The publisher may suspend an account that appears to have been opened by a minor without such consent.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended. Members are informed by appropriate means; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
